Here at Get’er Done Cleaning Services we strive for excellence. Our team consists of experienced, detailed cleaning staff members. We are a full-service commercial cleaning company. Our main goal is to ensure that your business is hassle free and clean. Policies and procedures help us to communicate to you the things that are important to our business. We are performance and quality focused. We have a strong customer focus, a process driven approach and continually desire to adapt as new innovations in cleaning come to market. We aim to deliver a consistent, high-quality service and we can guarantee you will see a noticeable difference when we take over your cleaning contract.

Payment Policy:

The first month’s payment is due on or before the contract start date. All following months will be billed out on the 20th and due on or before the 1st of the month. Services are billed in advance for the proceeding month’s services. A $35 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not received by the 1st. For your convenience, Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. accepts the following form of payments: Cash or Check and Visa/Discover/Mastercard/American Express Credit or Debit Cards. If paying by check, checks need to be mailed to: 1115 Tarpon Dr. Rockledge, FL 32955. Checks must be postmarked before due date to avoid late fees.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to make any changes to your scheduled services such as reschedule, skip, or add to your scheduled cleanings, we require these changes to be made no later than 48 hours in advance. Any changes that are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $25 fee. If your services are schedule on a Monday, any changes made must be done by end of business day the Wednesday prior. All cancellations must be made through the office. All cancellations need to made in writing and sent to christinavarney@geterdonecleaningservices.com

Holiday Hours/ Office Closings:

Our office will be closed and there will be no cleanings scheduled for the following holidays: 

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Note: Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. works on many federal holidays. You can expect our arrival if your service is scheduled on a holiday other than the ones listed. If your date of service falls on one of those holidays we are closed, your cleaning will be scheduled for the prior or proceeding business day unless otherwise specified.

Estimated Arrival Time:

We require a 1-hour window time of arrival. We try our best to reach our clients at their scheduled time. Should we be delayed by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather, you will be immediately notified. 

Entry of Property:

We require to be provided a key to your place of business to gain access to the property. Upon receipt of the key, both parties will sign our Key Receipt and Return Form. The keys will not have any company information attached to the key/key fob/ key ring etc. for security purposes. If the property is equipped with a security system, please remember to have the alarm in disarmed or off position prior to our arrival. If you prefer to leave the security system on, you can contact your alarm company to have them assist you in programing a code that is unique to our company. Security and safety of your place of business is a major concern here at Get’er Done Cleaning Services and our staff is sensitive to security and access features. 

Damages/Lost Items:

Any items not properly secured that get lost or damaged are not of the liability of Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. Further, we do not assume liability for property damage prior to rendering services. If you want decorative wall hangings cleaned i.e., pictures or mirrors, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are properly secured. All decorative items that are not properly secured resulting in damage to the item or property is of no fault to Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. Any personal property of value should be cleaned by the owner. All surfaces (i.e., granite, marble, hardwood floors, etc.) are presumed to be properly sealed. This ensures that they can be cleaned properly by our staff without causing damage to those surfaces. Please Note: Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. does limit the liability of the items to either replace the amount of worth of the item or up to $85 per item, whichever is less.

Equipment/Supplies:

All equipment and cleaning supplies will be furnished by Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. with the exception of liners and restroom paper products which can be purchased at wholesale prices. If you have a preference on products to be used, we ask that you have them available for our cleaners to use at your request.

Miscellaneous: 

Solicitation of Staff: By using our services, you agree not to solicit for hire introduce to you by Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. for any business-related services. If you have been found to have solicited one of our staff, please be advised that our referral fee is $3500. Extras: Our cleaners are directed to follow our standard cleaning checklist and are given specific instructions on the worksheets we customize for each individual client. Please notify our office no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service for any additional cleaning request not already outlined in your contract. This will allow us time to make the proper accommodations for your services if needed.
