COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES


Here at Get’er Done Cleaning Services we strive for excellence. Our team consists of experienced, detailed cleaning staff members. We are a full service cleaning company. No need to supply chemicals or equipment when you hire us for any of your cleaning needs. Get’er Done Cleaning Services will supply all cleaning supplies and equipment needed. We understand some might prefer different products be used for their space. If you have a preference on products to be used, we ask that you have them available for our cleaners to use at your request.

Payment Policy:

We require a $25 deposit to be paid by debit or credit card at the time the appointment is made to guarantee services. The card used will be held on file until cleaning is completed. That deposit will go towards your total bill for services rendered. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance the deposit is fully refundable. However, please note that if the cancellation policy is not followed the deposit will be held (See cancellation policy below for further detail). Total payment is due at the time of services. If you choose to pay for your services with a different method other than the card on file we accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointments such as reschedule, cancel, skip or add to your scheduled cleaning/s, we require these changes to be made no later than 48 hours in advance. Any changes that are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in a $25 fee. The fee will be deducted from the initial deposit put down for services rendered. Since the deposit will be going towards the fee associated with the cancellation policy, it will no longer be deducted from the total amount for services rendered. If you appointment is scheduled on a Monday, any changes to the appointment must be made by end of business day on the Wednesday prior. All cancellations must be made through the office. Please note: Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. has the right to deny future services for continuous violations of the cancellation policy. 


**Please understand that cancellations cost us dearly. We are not like other businesses who customers on a walk-in basis such as grocery stores, clothing stores, etc. In our type of housekeeping business we do not have the cushion of walk-in customers to supplement our schedules when our clients cancel without proper notice. When we reserve a time/day for your cleaning services, we set that allotted time for you and you only. Our employees at Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. depend upon your service appointment being there.**

Additional Charges:

For recurring service, an additional fee of $105/hr, per team member, will be charged to your account if we exceed the tie generally allotted to clean your home. (For example, your home may need extra services after instances such as events, parties, holidays, and construction work or as the result of extended time intervals between cleanings.) Our company also has an out of area fee of $25. That will be determined by the location of which the service is taking place.

Saturday and Sunday by appointment only

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

• Labor Day

Note: Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. works on many federal holidays. You can expect our arrival if your cleaning is scheduled on a holiday other than the ones listed above. If your date of services falls on one of the holidays we are closed, your cleaning will be scheduled for the prior or proceeding business day.

Estimated Arrival Time:

We require a 1 hour window time of arrival. We try our best to reach our clients on their scheduled time. Should we be delayed by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions, you will be notified immediately. 

Entry of Property:

For recurring clients we prefer to have a key to your home to gain access to the property on your scheduled days. If unable to provide a key, we require to be able to either obtain a key from the receptionist at the office for condos/apartment buildings to enter or for a home location, someone to be there during the hour window given for your scheduled service. If you prefer to be present during the cleaning that is accommodatable so long as you are present during the one hour window you have been given for your appointment time. If your home or property is equipped with a security system, please remember to have the alarm in a disarmed or off position prior to our arrival. If you have pets at the premises, please ensure that they are secured. We are a pet friendly company, however, we appreciate your help in maintaining their safety. Please inform our office in advance if there are any special requirements in safeguarding your pets prior to your scheduled service.

Damages/Lost Items:

Any items not properly secured the get lost or damaged are not of the liability of Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. Further, we do not assume liability for property damage prior to rendering services as well. If you want decorative wall hangings cleaned i.e. pictures or mirrors, it is your duty to ensure that they are properly secured. All decorative items not properly secured resulting in damage to the item or property is of no fault to Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. Any personal property of value should be cleaned by the owner of the property. All surfaces (i.e. granite, marble, hardwood floors, etc.) are presumed to be properly sealed. This ensures that they can be cleaned properly by our staff without causing damage to those surfaces. Please note: Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. does limit the liability of the items to either replace the amount of worth of the item or up to $85 per item, whichever is less.

Miscellaneous: 

Small children should not be left unattended. This is a safety risk. Cleaning supplies are harmful if swallowed. Get’er Done Cleaning Services, Inc. does not assume liability for children who are left unattended while services are being rendered at the property.


Extras- Our cleaning teams are directed to follow our standard cleaning checklist and are given specific instructions on the worksheets we customize for each induvial client and their needs. Please notify our office no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service for any addition cleaning request not already outlined in the prior services discussed. This will allow us time to make the proper accommodations such as scheduling more time and staff for your services if needed.
