Method of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). We require a credit card on file to guarantee service.

Payment Policy

There is a “NO CHECK/NO CLEAN” policy. Payments are required on the day of your cleaning. Any cleaning not paid in full within 5 days of the cleaning will be charged a $10 per day late fee until 30 days after the date of said cleaning. After the 30th day, there will be a charge of $25.00 per week until the balance is paid in full.
We require a credit card on file to guarantee service. Note: A $25.00 fee is automatically billed to credit cards to avoid a late cancellation or late rescheduling.

Rescheduling/Skipping

It is okay to reschedule, cancel, skip or add to your cleanings though we do require a 24 hour. We are happy to reschedule your cleaning; however, we do require a 24-hour rescheduling notice. You can reschedule an appointment on our website or contact us. There is no charge for rescheduling with a 24-hour notice on business days (M-F, 9 am to 5 pm). However, we charge a $25 fee for rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice. Monday clients must reschedule by close of business on the preceding Thursday. Note: A $25 fee is automatically billed to credit cards for a late rescheduling and no call no shows. This payment must be received in full before your next scheduled cleaning. All cancellations must be made with the office – please do not tell your cleaner. All cancellations will also increase the current rate to the next level rate for the next cleaning. Get’er Done Cleaning Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel anyone who cancels too frequently.

Late Cancellation | 24-hour Notice

We reserve time for your cleaning; therefore, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. You can cancel an appointment on our website or contact us. There is no charge for cancellations made with a 24-hour notice on business days (M-F, 9 am to 5 pm). However, we charge a $25.00 fee for cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice. Monday clients must cancel by close of business on the preceding Thursday. Note: A $25 fee is automatically billed to credit cards for a late cancellation. Cancellations cost us dearly and we have often found that they will leave our employment in search of a more dependable income. As a Get’er Done Cleaning Service Inc. client, you are essential to helping us keep the type of staff that you like cleaning your home.
**Please understand that we are not like other businesses that have customers on a walk-in basis such as grocery stores, clothing stores, etc. In our type of housecleaning business, we do not have walk-in customers to supplement our schedules when our clients cancel without notice. When we reserve a time/day for your cleaning we set that time/day aside for you and you only. Our Get’er Done Cleaning Services Inc. employees depend upon your job being there.

Estimated Arrival Time

We require a one-hour window of arrival. We try our best to reach our clients at their scheduled time. Should we be delayed by traffic or any unforeseen events you will be notified immediately.

Entry to Your Home or Office

For recurring service, we prefer a key to your home or office or be able to obtain a key from your building’s reception desk. If you prefer to be present during the cleaning, please remember that we require a one-hour window of arrival. For all other cleaning services, we will plan for entry with you based upon our arrival window.
Damages/ Lost Items
For any damages or loss of items that are not properly secured, we do not assume liability. We do not assume liability for any property damage prior to our cleaning as well. If you want your pictures on the wall cleaned, then it is your responsibility to make certain they are secured on a proper nail. For example, if you have a large picture hung on a small framing nail then it is likely that when we clean it the picture is going to fall, and something will be damaged. If you have something that is very personal to you, is expensive, a family heirloom or is simply sentimental this should be cleaned by the homeowner.
Get’er Done Cleaning Services Inc. does limit the liability of Knick-Knack items to either replacement amount or $85 per item, whichever one is less per occurrence.
All surfaces (granite, marble, hardwood floors, etc.) are believed to be properly sealed to be cleaned by our staff without causing any harm when regular cleaning occurs.

Additional Charges

For recurring service, an additional fee of $75 per hour, per team member may be charged to your account if we exceed the time generally allotted to cleaning your home (for example, your home may need extra cleaning after such events as parties and construction work or as the result of extended intervals between cleanings).

Holidays and Office Closings
Our office is closed and there will be no cleanings scheduled on the following holidays:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
Note: Get’er Done Cleaning Services Inc. works on many federal holidays. You can expect our arrival if your cleaning date falls on a holiday other than those above.
