COVID-19 Commercial Cleaning Checklist

We understand how important it is to maintain a healthy, sanitized and clean workplace for you and your employees, especially during times such as these. Below is a general list of the COVID-19 cleaning and sanitization services we provide to our commercial clients. This list is completely customizable; services needed can be added to or taken away from this list to fit your company’s personal needs.
General Services
o Clean and disinfect light switches, walls, doors, door frames, vertical surfaces using approved disinfectants
o Clean and disinfect desks & counters
o Dispose of waste and replace liners
o Remove recycling to recycle bin
o Clean and disinfect inside/outside waste & recycle bins
o Clean & disinfect drinking fountains
o Disinfect all hand sinks and fixtures
o Disinfect all doorknobs and handles
o Clean and disinfect windowsills
o Clean and disinfect partition tops & edges
o Clean and disinfect picture frames and light fixtures
o Clean and disinfect baseboards
o Clean and disinfect furniture
o Clean and disinfect monitors, keyboards, and electrical equipment
o Clean and disinfect conference room furniture & monitor screen
o Place all recyclables in the proper container(s)
o Remove cobwebs
o Clean and disinfect tops & face of lockers
o High dusting, air ducts, grills, vent covers & piping
o Wipe clean window blinds – Clean and disinfect touchpoints
o Clean and disinfect whiteboards/blackboards
o Deep clean common areas (following the above guidelines)
Carpet & Rugs
o Vacuum rugs, carpet & mats
o Properly arrange tables, desks & chairs
o Detail vacuum including corners & edges
Hard Surface Floors
o Detailed mop using neutral cleaners and disinfectant
o Detail sweep/dust mop hard surface floors including corners & edges
o Properly arrange all tables, desks & chairs
Bathrooms
o Clean and disinfect walls, doors, partitions & lockers
o Disinfect horizontal surfaces: counters dispensers, toilets
o Clean and Disinfect (All touchpoints: door handles, kickplates, light switches, toilet handles, dispenser handles, fixtures, etc.
o Clean and disinfect toilets & urinals including bases
o Polish fixtures
o Clean and disinfect mirrors
o Dispose of waste and replace liners
o Clean and disinfect waste receptacles
o Clean and disinfect partitions & ledges
o Wet mop floors using disinfectant & clean water
o Restock hand soap, paper disposables & air fresheners as needed
o High dusting: air grills, ceiling fixtures as needed
o Detail clean showers/stalls (if applicable)
Breakrooms & Kitchens
o Clean and disinfect all vertical surfaces: cabinets, appliances & walls
o Clean and disinfect horizontal surfaces: tables, counters & appliances
o Clean and disinfect sinks
o Restock paper disposables
o Clean and disinfect inside and outside of microwaves
o Clean and disinfect outside of Refrigerator
Entry Ways and Lobbies
o Clean and disinfect entrance doors
o Clean and disinfect partitions & mirrors
o Detail clean and disinfect entry doors & hardware
o Detail elevator inside/out (If applicable)
o Clean and disinfect inside windows & sills
You may also wish to take additional measures to protect your workplace. If you want any of these additional services, you will likely need to request an additional estimate:
